What’s your idea of a perfect day? Working our my house and watching HGTV or Food Network
What was your first step in getting involved at Northeast? Volunteering with elementary kids
Your biggest indulgence? Butter Pecan Ice Cream from Graeter’s
What do you think makes a good leader, someone that you’ll follow? Someone with a shared vision and a plan to follow through.
What has God been teaching you lately? No matter what happens, good or bad, trust in Him.
If you could ask God one question, what would it be? Who hit my scooter in Mexico?
If you could be on a reality TV show, what would it be? Wipe Out
What or who makes you laugh? Really, I work with students…they do the silliest things.
What are two things always in your fridge? Fruit (for when I am feeling healthy) Sweets (for when I am not feeling healthy)
In a few short lines, here is my faith story…I was raised in a wonderful Christian home and taught how to love our Lord at an early age. Through the years there have been ups and downs but my foundation of Christ as my center has always seen my through.

· Book (besides the Bible)? Too many to choose from so usually the last one I just read….. The Shack
· Word or catchphrase? I used to have a lot before I read the Urban dictionary.
· Sport/Team? C-A-T-S…….GO CATS!
· Vacation place? The beach, any beach will do
· Types of music? Classic Rock
· Restaurant? Olive Garden
Describe your job at Northeast, and why you love what you do. I am the Student Ministries Assistant for Middle and High School. I get to work with Jon, Ben and Joey and all our students at Northeast. If you love kids there isn’t a better job.
How long have you been working at Northeast? 5 years
Retirement dream? Kevin and I on our front porch in rocking chairs
What was your first job? Lifeguard
What’s one goal you have for the next year? Derby mini marathon
Name 3 things on your ‘bucket’ list. I’m too young for a bucket list
Married to Kevin (husband), Kristen (daughter) and Chris (son-in-law), Drew (son), John (son) and Ben (son)
Proudest moment? One of the best moments in the past few years was the baptism of our youngest son. Kevin baptized him and I was sitting with the rest of our family. It was a great feeling to know that our whole family would someday spend eternity together.
