When did you first start attending Northeast and why did you stay?  1982

What or who inspires you?  My wife

What was your first step in getting involved at Northeast?  What was then called a “shepherding” group.  I helped build the gym with other members.

What do you think makes a good leader, someone that you’ll follow?  Someone who helps with a project, not just direct.

What has God been teaching you lately?  Patience

If you could ask God one question, what would it be?  Make me a better person.

If you could be on a reality TV show, what would it be?  No way

What or who makes you laugh?  Wednesday morning bible study and my wife

What is your nickname, and how did you earn it? Fuzzy – because of my beard – I got it while working at Ford for 38 years

What are two things always in your fridge? Cheese & Diet Cola

Describe your job at Northeast, and why you love what you do.  Helping people while I do my job trying to keep our facility looking its’ best.

How long have you been working at Northeast? 1-1/2 years

Retirement dream?  I’m living it.  Compared to my former job at Ford, working at NECC with fellow Christians is the best thing that ever happened to me.

What was your first job?  Paper Route

What’s one goal you have for the next year? Recruit more people for Servants Behind the Services

Name 3 things on your ‘bucket’ list. Travel to Hawaii

I live with my wife – we raised three great kids and have 8 grandchildren
