ELEMENTARY MINISTRY
Kindergarten
Our elementary ministry begins with our Kindergarten Classe which meets all 3 services on the 2nd floor in our Children's Wing.
1st - 5th Grades
"The Club", which is 1st through 5th grades, meets in the Chapel which is just down the hall from the main auditorium. Or, if you're entering from the parking lot, use the "Children's Entrance" and ask for help at the check-in desk.
Each service is identical for all three services (Saturday 5:00 pm, Sunday 9:15 or 11:00 am) and is packed with fun, creative elements to engage your kids. This is not your Mother's Sunday School class! Our large group teaching time incorporates video, drama, songs, and games to present Biblical truth (all run by your kids in our tech booth!).
Other activities throughout the year include retreats, parties, summer camp, movies, workshops and much more!

To mark the big changes approaching, the kids ages 3, 4, in Kindergarten, and 1st grade got to do something they NEVER get to do…paint on the walls! The children had so much fun celebrating the changes ahead for Northeast's Children’s Ministry. They painted the beautiful name of Jesus. They painted a church, cross, little sheep and children. Of course, some were more creative than others…
We prayed for the kids who would be coming to our church for the first time, we prayed for the families who might come to see our new building…we prayed for the future when they are all grown up, bringing their own families to Northeast! See photos below of all the fun!

WEDNESDAY ELEMENTARY LIFE GROUPS BEGaN JANUARY 13, 2010!
In case you missed it, we started our Elementary Life Groups this past week. We are currently offering Elementary Life Groups for grades 4 and 5 on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. It's not too late! If you'd still like to participate, click on the link below (where it says "To Register for a 4th or 5th Grade Life Group") to register for life groups.

BEYOND BELIEF
For those of you who are registered for the upcoming Beyond Belief (beginning January 24th), you still need to pick up your book! Those are available for pick up at the main church campus at our Guest Services Booth in the main foyer. You need to be working on week 1 this week! So hurry on in and get started!
Our next Beyond Belief class will be March 7, 14, & 21st. Space will be limited! If you'd like to register for these dates, please click HERE to register!
