The Life Group Leadership Development Process
We have developed a simple process for helping you become a Life Group Leader:
1. Check it Out
-
Meet
individually with Northeast Life Groups Minister Mike Mack or a member of the
Life Groups Ministry Team. This brief meeting will help you investigate the
possibility of launching and leading a Life Group.
-
This is not an
"interview," but an opportunity for us to get to know you more, help
you do whatever you need to do to become a Life Group Leader, and help you
ascertain your next steps in the process.
-
The Life Group
Leader is in one of the most vital positions of leadership in our church, so we
want to take the time to talk with you before you start as a Life Group Leader.
-
Often we can go
out for a meal or coffee, and we’ll pay!
2.
Get All In!
-
Apply to be a
Life Group Leader.
-
We’ll provide a
coach who will help you launch and lead your group.
-
Start planning
and organizing your group launch.
3.
Get Equipped and Encouraged.
-
We’ll prepare
and equip you for leading and launching your group in our New Leader Equipping
& Encouragement Workshop, held several times a trimester at convenient
times.
-
We’ll provide you with
encouragement, support, and all the resources you need to lead a healthy group.
