Mission statement: we are a Christ-centered ministry reaching out to those incarcerated and their families; serving needs before, during and after incarceration through mentoring and assistance with basic needs to equip for successful re-entry into society.
36% of inmates quickly return to the environment that led them to prison- drugs, isolation, homelessness and crime. The goal of A Prisoners Hope is to break the cycle and help them integrate into society to lead productive, drug-free lives. There are three main programs in place: Pre-Incarceration, Incarceration and Post-Incarceration. There are support groups to assist with all three programs for the families “left behind” while their loved one is in jail every step of the way. While in jail, there are programs in place to rehabilitate the old way of life into a new walk with Christ. The Daniel Project includes; Discipleship classes, Accountability groups weekly meeting, New arrival packet, Intercession groups, Evangelism team, Letter writing ministry.
