New Leader Orientation

Orientation is a one-hour experience for anyone who will be leading a adult Life Group at Northeast. You will learn how to launch and lead a healthy, growing, life-changing group. More specifically, you will learn the seven hallmarks of a healthy group:

• Christ-Centered: How to make Jesus the real leader and focus of your group

• Healthy, Growing Leader: What is a Life Group Leader and What does a healthy leader do?

• Core Team: How to share leadership of the group with a core team of 2-3 others

• Goals & Plans: How to develop and use an action plan as a group

• Authentic Biblical Community: How to build real community with one another

• Disciple-Making: How to help people grow spiritually

• Missional: How to live with an outward-focused mission as a group
