Outreach Team

If you have a passion for reaching lost people we want to invite you to a meeting for a new Outreach Team at Northeast.

Now some of you are thinking – "I’m not so sure about this . . . I mean what are they going to do, show up and say, “okay, here’s your soap box, here’s your megaphone and here are MapQuest directions to your assigned street corner! You need to be there for at least four hours every week!”

Not exactly! Instead this will be a multifaceted team that tries to look at Outreach from every potential angle, including

• Events (like gift wrapping at the Summit) and asks how we can be more intentional with our outreach at that event.

• We also want to include on this team a group of people who will look at our presence on the Internet and say – what could we do? …Facebook, Twitter – how do we maximize our presence through search engines.  How can we effectively utilize the Internet for outreach?  …some of you get fired up about that and we want you to join us

• Or maybe your passion is equipping others to have a spiritual conversation.

Whatever your passion for outreach, we want you to hear the vision for this new ministry.
