During the registration process you will be asked several questions that you must answer. You can answer the questions by checking the box and typing yes or no in the note section.
ICE: In the event of an emergency, I authorize first
aid or medical treatment for my child/children and I release Northeast
Christian Church from any and all responsibilities in connection therewith.
