When did you first start attending Northeast and why did you stay?   April of 1992; the messages really spoke to us, services were inspiring.

What or who inspires you?  My dad

What’s your idea of a perfect day?  Nice cool day sitting on my patio.  

What was your first step in getting involved at Northeast?   Tape Ministry - Making copies of the sermon messages every week.

Your biggest indulgence?  Desserts!  

What do you think makes a good leader, someone that you’ll follow?  A person who speaks truth in love, is honest, fair and encouraging.

What has God been teaching you lately?   To seek Him daily and in all things; to fully rely upon Him.

If you could ask God one question, what would it be?  Why did my dad die on my birthday?

If you could be on a reality TV show, what would it be?   I would not, no way, ever want to be on a reality TV show!

What or who makes you laugh?   My entire family, especially my brothers.

What are two things always in your fridge?   Milk and soft drinks

In a few short lines, here is my faith story… I was baptized at age 20 at Kenwood Heights Christian Church.

·     Bible verse?  Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything but in everything, through prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Describe your job at Northeast, and why you love what you do.   Assistant to Bob Cherry and Bookkeeping

How long have you been working at Northeast?  15 years

Retirement dream?  Husband and I to be healthy, live a slower paced life, children to be married and have families of their own.

What was your first job?   Working with my dad at his Sears Catalog Store.

What’s one goal you have for the next year?  To get house organized:)

Married to my husband Kent for 24 years; Stepson, Ryan is 26, served in the Navy for 4 years, currently attending EKU - Law Enforcement Program and working at Ken Towery. Son, Jordan is 20, attended JCTC and is currently a mechanic technician at Sam Swope Cadillac. Daughter. Kayli is 16, currently a junior at Eastern High School and working at Pump It Up. Dogs - Midnight, 11 and Buddy, 7  

Proudest moment?   Having children; their baptisms.
