We’re in a time where social distancing is mandatory. But, that doesn’t mean social isolation. There are ways to get connected to others not matter where you are, and we want to take advantage of that during this time. You can still find comfort, care, connection and support. We’ve created several groups to help you through this, so if you find yourself wanting to talk/vent/listen/get support, check out these groups.
  • Peer Support for Healthcare Professionals
    • Sundays at 8pm OR Wednesdays at 2:30
  • Self-Care during a Pandemic
    • Tuesdays at 2:30
  • Grief Support

Reading Plan

Turbulent and uncertain times are often the times when God chooses to move. This is a study of the life of Jesus through the book of Luke, where we will look at several interruptions and how God uses them to change everything. During this time of interruption our hope is you will take the time to let God show you something new.

We are going to list the reading plan out one week at a time. Each week we will have an accompanying video teaching/reflection.

5 Steps to Study Scripture
  1. Read and re-read the passage. Note your observations, themes, what confused you, what did you like, what didn’t you like?
  2. Answer – What does this passage teach me about God?
  3. Answer – What does this passage teach me about Humanity or myself?
  4. Answer – What does this passage teach me about Obedience or the lack thereof?
  5. Write a simple, concrete, and doable “I Will Statement” in response to what God has shown you through the passage.

Jesus starts his ministry by being obedient to Gods through baptism and immediately is faced with a path of temptation.
