The safety and security of your child is a top priority for us in Kidville. For that reason, in order for your child to attend any of our weekend services you will need to first "check-in" to receive a nametag and security pick up tag. There are 2 ways to check-in, based on whether we have received an Enrollment Form for your child (if you would like a copy of this form, click HERE)
Regular attendees who have filled out a Child Enrollment Form:
Please visit one of our Kiosk to check in electronically. You will use the last 4 digits of the phone number your provided on your Enrollment Form. If you have more than one child, don't worry! You will be able to check-in all of your children at one time. For all children Infants thru 5th Grade, you will receive a nametag for each child and a matching security tag that you will need when picking up your child after the service.
Each weekend your child visits Kidville, you will need to check-in at the Kidville News Stand where a trained volunteer will assist you in the process. There, your child will be given an assigned class location, a nametag, and a security/pick-up tag. Place your child's nametag on the front or back of their shirt, and a Kidville Hospitality Volunteer will help escort you to their assigned location for drop off. Please be sure to notice the security code on your pick-up tag...in the event that a parent needs to be reached, that code will appear on the screen in the Worship Center. Please bring your copy of the visitor form for verification as you pick up your child.

How early can I check in my child?
Check-in begins 20 minutes prior to each service.
This is our first time attending Northeast. What do I need to do to check in my child?
Please visit the News Stand in the Kidville Lobby. A trained volunteer will assist you. You will be asked to complete a brief form with some basic information. Then, we'll show you to your child's assigned location. If you've been visiting for a while and ready to move beyond visitor check-in, click HERE to print and fill out our Child Enrollment Form. After completing this form and turning it in, you will be able to check-in your child electronically and easily register him/her for Small Groups and other events.
What if I have more than one child?
In an effort to ensure greater security, each of your children will receive separate security codes. Make sure to keep your copies of the security tags because you will need them to pick up your children at the end of the service.
What if I lose my security tag?
Everyone picking up a child must have a security tag. If you have lost your security tag, you will need to speak with a staff member or coach (someone with a BLUE lanyard) or visit the Kidville NewsStand. You will need to show your driver’s license to verify that you are the person who should be picking up the child. Then, another security tag will be given to you to pick up your child.
What if my child’s security code appears on the screen in the Worship Center or my classroom?
That means we need you to come and care for your child. Please go directly to the Kidville News Stand. A volunteer leader or staff member will meet you and let you know what your child needs.
