Mental Wellness Workshop

Your mental health is just as important as your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. At Northeast, we desire to reduce the stigma around mental health challenges and to equip you with skills and proactive practices that guide you toward overall health.

On the first Tuesday of each month, we’ll gather together for a Mental Wellness Workshop. Through teaching, small group discussion, and personal reflection, our prayer is that you leave each workshop with tools you can integrate into your life right away.

Topic for June:  Work/Home Life Balance

Maintaining any kind of balance between your work life and your home life can feel close to impossible at times. Managing the demands can feel overwhelming and sometimes we wonder how everyone else seems to “do it all”. God never intended our lives to be so full that the pursuit of balance scares us so much. Together we will learn how to shift our perspective away from desiring balance and instead desiring peace and a full life without trying to fill every minute.
