Mental Wellness Workshop-Take Every Thought Captive

Your mental health is just as important as your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. At Northeast, we desire to reduce the stigma around mental health challenges and to equip you with skills and proactive practices that guide you toward overall health.

On the first Tuesday of each month, we’ll gather together for a Mental Wellness Workshop. Through teaching, small group discussion, and personal reflection, our prayer is that you leave each workshop with tools you can integrate into your life right away.

Topic for July:  Take Every Thought Captive

It takes intentional practice to create change, especially when it comes to our hard wiring and core beliefs. By studying the connection between scripture and the science of our brains, we’ll learn how to better control the thoughts that hold us captive and walk away with tools to stop our negative thought cycles.
