“The need to sit around a table with a group of women who all believe deeply in Jesus and desire to grow in our faith, is what got this group started. Their Sunday afternoon time together each week rotates between meeting for walks and taking turns hosting dinners. And over their time together, they have connected with each other in deep and meaningful ways by sharing what God was doing in their lives.”

Women’s Community Group

“Created from a desire to connect with new people across multiple generations, over the course of meeting every Wednesday night, this group has transformed into a spiritual family. Made up of singles, families, and senior adults, each week they regularly spend time in God’s Word, have dinner and discuss life together, and serve together with a local outreach partner here in our city.”

Co-Ed Community Group

“Recognizing a need to connect with other guys, this group formed during the pandemic over Zoom with the shared mission to build friendships with other men of faith and to have a space to dig into scripture together. Juggling work and family commitments, they meet every other week and spend their time working through a study together.”

Men’s Online Community Group

“The journey of being a parent is tough, and this group first developed out of a need to connect with other families in a similar season of life. Comprised of families with kids of similar age, this group gathers once a month and spends their time building their relationships with each other and having fun. They also rely on each to talk through the challenges they each face and how they can live out their faith in their day-to-day lives.”

Family Community Group

“Each semester this group gathers for a weekly study, to help grow and deepen their marriage and faith. While together, they spend time talking through chosen materials, engaging in group learning and discussions, and walking alongside other couples further in the journey.”

Marriage Study Group

“The city of Louisville and surrounding areas offer incredible hiking opportunities. Formed from a simple post on the Women’s Facebook page, this group meets on the first Saturday of each month to hike one of the local trails and connect with God through nature.”

Women’s Hiking Connection Group

“A great game of pick-up is fun, but even better when you know those guys share your faith as well. Every other Saturday, this men’s group welcomes anyone who wants to join in for a game or two of basketball at the YMCA.”

Men’s Basketball Connection Group

“Fostering and Adopting a child can be an exciting and equally challenging time for a family. This Care Group formed after a couple families connected through their shared experiences with fostering and adopting children. Meeting monthly, their mission is to support any family walking through the fostering or adoption process. They spend their time together asking questions, praying with and over each other, and celebrating all the ways God continues to show up in each family’s situation.”
